Information on data processing pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679

The information you provide by filling in this form will be processed, with the guarantees provided by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), with or without electronic or automated systems for the sole purpose of providing you with a “demo” and any information required, and possibly contacting you for that purpose.

All data requested in the fields not marked with an asterisk is optional and the decision not to provide said data will simply make it impossible for MPS Monitor Srl to follow up on your requests. The omission of data in the fields marked with an asterisk, however, will prevent submission of the request.

Data may only be used by our Company to send promotional communications with your consent. Marketing activities, when authorized, will be carried out by our company using both traditional methods (post, telephone) and automated methods (e-mail, text message, fax etc.). Your data will be stored in a computer file only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the above purposes, unless you request erasure thereof, and will be processed by staff for the authorized purpose or by appointed data controllers, ensuring the full protection of your privacy and the use of adequate security measures.

Data will not, however, be circulated or disclosed except in the case of litigation, violations of the law and/or request by public authorities. The consent provided for marketing activities may be withdrawn at any time, with immediate effect and without any obligation or cost, simply by clicking on the link at the bottom of each e-mail, for activities provided in automated mode, or by contacting us using the details below. The data controller is MPS Monitor Srl, represented by its pro tempore legal representative, with registered office at Via Borromei 2 – 20123, Milan. Pursuant to Article 37 et seq. of the GDPR, MPS Monitor Srl has appointed a Data Protection Officer domiciled for the purpose at its registered office, who may be contacted by e-mail at dpo@mpsmonitor.com. The same address may be used to exercise the rights under Article 15 et seq. of the GDPR and, in particular, you may ask the data controller for access to personal data and to rectify or delete them or limit the processing thereof or object to the processing thereof, in addition to the right to portability of data in the cases provided for in the GDPR itself. In the event of violation of the relevant legislation for the protection of confidentiality and personal data, the data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the contact details of which are always updated on the site www.garanteprivacy.it.
